Face Gua Sha improves tone, texture and overall health of the skin, by boosting circulation, clearing stagnation and ensuring good energy flow to help restore and rebalance. It is performed using a stone such as jade, bian and rose quartz. In skilled hands Gua Sha has the power to lift, tone, release tension, and detoxify the skin.
Facial cupping uses small suction cups to increase circulation. Essentially creating space between the skin and muscles, facial cupping encourages blood and oxygen flow, thus helping your skin heal and regenerate.
