My latest anti-aging skincare obsession is probably not what you would think. Being an esthetician, I am always researching and trying new anti-aging skincare products and tools. Bone broth is made from simmering chicken or beef bones in purified water for hours. The collagen in the bones turns into gelatin. When cooled the broth becomes thick and gelatinous.
